Day Two

Well, Day One of my diet went better than I thought it would. You certainly don't feel hungry eating every 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I've just been eating sweets so much lately, I just want a piece of chocolate. But since we're going to Big Bear this weekend, I'm going to be really good all week. One thing I did find out from yesterday to today is that 3oz of plain tuna and 1 cup of overcooked asparagus does not taste good at all. But 3oz of plain tuna mixed with 1/2 of a dill pickle spear (chopped up) and piled on top of a cucumber slice (instead of a cracker) is actually pretty tasty. And at only 125 calories and no unhealthy fats, it's a great little snack. I think it's something I won't mind eating again (like tomorrow).

Well, Rowen and I are off to Trader Joe's and Target. I'm finally going to break down and buy a digital scale (thanks for the gift card, Julie!).
